How to Delete Your Account Through Support
You can request the deletion of your Vadekvate account at any time, even if you no longer have access to the app.
1. Contact our support team at support@vadekvate.com with the subject line “Account Deletion”.
2. Provide the phone number associated with your account and let us know that you would like to delete your profile.
3. Wait for a response from our support team. To protect your personal information, we may ask you to verify your identity.
4. Once your identity has been verified, we will help you complete the account deletion process.
What Happens After Deletion?
Your profile, photos, and other personal information will no longer be visible to other Vadekvate users.
Certain data, including archived profile information and message history, may be retained for the periods required by applicable laws and regulations. Once these retention periods expire, the data will be permanently deleted.
