These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vadekvate mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by "Vadekvate" Limited Liability Partnership, registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan (BIN: 260740039072), located at 39A Ryskulbekov Street, Auezov District, Almaty, 050042, Republic of Kazakhstan ("Vadekvate," "we," "us").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. We may request age verification at any time and may suspend or terminate accounts of users found to be underage.

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse other users
- Post or send content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory
- Solicit money, financial information, or engage in scams ("catfishing")
- Post content involving minors in any form
- Use the Service for commercial solicitation, spam, or advertising without our consent
- Upload viruses or attempt to interfere with the Service's normal operation
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service

Violation of this Section may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice.

4. Reporting and Blocking

If you encounter a user or content that violates these Terms, you can:
- **Report** the user or content directly within the app via the "Report" option available on profiles and messages
- **Block** any user via the "Block" option, which will prevent further contact from that user

We review reports and may take action including warning, suspending, or permanently banning accounts that violate these Terms. See our Community Guidelines for more detail on prohibited content and our moderation approach.

5. Content You Submit

You retain ownership of the content you post (photos, profile information, messages). By submitting content, you grant Vadekvate a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to share it.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our discretion, to be inappropriate.

6. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Certain features of the Service may be offered on a paid subscription basis or as one-time in-app purchases.

- All payments are processed through **Apple's In-App Purchase system** or **Google Play Billing**, as applicable to your device. Vadekvate does not directly collect or process your payment card information.
- Subscription prices, billing frequency, and available plans are displayed within the app prior to purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (App Store) or Google Play account settings (Google Play), as applicable. Vadekvate cannot process cancellations or refunds directly.
- Refunds are subject to the refund policies of Apple and Google, respectively, and not controlled by Vadekvate.

7. Safety Disclaimer

Vadekvate does not conduct criminal background checks on users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, both online and offline. We strongly recommend exercising caution, meeting in public places, and never sharing financial information with other users. Vadekvate is not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting **mail@vadekvate.com**. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, and underlying software, is owned by "Vadekvate" Limited Liability Partnership and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vadekvate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
